Adrien Ramos, piano

Adrien  Ramos is a highly accomplished classical concert pianist’s technical precision and expressive performances have earned worldwide recognition. Beginning his musical journey at the age of seven, Adrian’s talent quickly became evident. At age 15, he was accepted into the prestigious Lansum International Piano Festival, where he first met began studying with Rosa Yoder.  Since then, he has received numerous accolades, including first prize and multiple southern Youth Music Festival and Music Teachers’ Association of California competitions, first prize and two Liana Cohen competitions, top prizes in several national and regional concerto competitions.  Adrian has also been awarded first, second, and third prize in the Los Angeles Internationalist Competition and received honorable mention in the Chopin International Piano Competition in Hartford.


Adrian’s performances have taken him across the United States and internationally, with engagements in Poland, England, and Wales. It is also been a member of three piano trios, one of which performed in the Vienna, Prague, and Budapest.  His performances continue to captivate audiences with their technical brilliance, emotional depth, exceptional musicality, leaving a lasting impact on listeners. In addition to his performing career, Adrian has participated in master classes, and received private instruction from renowned pianist, including Edward Wolanin, Dina Yoffe, David Garrett, and Che-Yen Chen.  Adrian is also a dedicated part-time teacher, sharing his expertise with the next generation of musicians


He is a full- scholarship mechanical engineering student at the University of Southern California, where he balances his academic and musical pursuits. With his exceptional achievements, versatility, and commitment to his craft, Adrian continues to emerge as a rising star in the classical music world
